The Emotiv EPOC EEG Headset is a high resolution, neuro-signal acquisition and processing wireless neuroheadset that reads your brain waves. It uses a set of sensors to tune into electric signals produced by the brain to detect a persons thoughts, feelings and expressions and connects wirelessly to a computer or gaming device.

4design turned a highly innovative piece of technology into a commercially manufacturable and cutting edge design. There were very few manufacturable solutions achievable for this device, and thus the tooling configuration was defined in detail even prior to establishing the conceptual look and feel of the Emotiv EPOC headset.
